Order Processing Time

LUVELIE currently ships within the United States.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on location and order size.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is limited. If available, international shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LUVELIE is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
LUVELIE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed:

Damaged Orders
