Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, items that have been heavily used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Lightly tested products (one swatch or single application) may be reviewed at our discretion.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, personal care and cosmetic products are final sale and not eligible for return unless otherwise approved under this policy.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Free gifts or samples

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
